I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

If you’ve ever used a spread like I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter or similar, you know that when it gets too warm it separates and gets all gloppy. The first reaction is to say “Eew”, and throw it away. Don’t be too hasty. Grab a spoon (or whatever you like) and mix it all back up again, stirring quickly. Once it is mixed, put the cover back on the container and stick it in the freezer for a couple of hours. Next place the frozen spread in the refrigerator and allow it to thaw.

When you bring it out, you will once again have a homogeneous spread. Just remember to promptly refrigerate after you use it this time.
